Medical background

An anesthesiologist-resuscitator with more than 20 years of practice, Dr Coester has worked in demanding scientific environments where a fine-grained understanding of human physiology is a daily requirement. This experience led him to a clear conviction: the mechanisms of biological decline can be identified and partially reversed well before they manifest scientifically.

That conviction prompted him to train in the most advanced approaches to preventive medicine, biomarker optimisation and the biology of ageing. He is the founder of the French Institute of Biohacking and the author of Les Secrets de la longévité (Larousse) and Biohacking, Prenez le contrôle de votre biologie, optimisez votre mindset et maximisez votre business (Eyrolles). He is regularly invited to speak in corporate settings and in the media on biological performance and longevity.

At Superhuman Wellness, Dr Coester oversees the medical framework of every protocol: scientific coherence of the interventions, interpretation of biological assessments and long-term support of members.
