Every protocol benefits from the expertise of a physician specialized in preventive medicine and longevity. Science, not intuition, for safe and measured interventions.
Superhuman Wellness protocols are designed in collaboration with a physician. This collaboration ensures the scientific consistency of interventions, member safety, and the adaptation of journeys to each individual situation.
Our approach falls within the field of preventive medicine and health optimization: identifying early biological imbalances, measuring relevant biomarkers, and proposing personalized interventions based on data.
Each new member receives an initial assessment to analyze their biological situation, define the appropriate protocol, and answer their questions. Follow-up consultations are scheduled according to the chosen journey.
The interventions offered are part of a preventive and health optimization approach. They do not replace regular medical follow-up nor therapeutic care.
