Infrared HIIT combines interval training with exposure to professional infrared panels emitting at 1060 nm (deep infrared) with an irradiance of 150 mW/cm². This mobile solution adapts to any training space, unlike fixed cabins.

Deep infrared radiation (1060 nm) penetrates tissues more deeply than short infrared, creating a direct tissue thermal stimulus combined with the cardiovascular stress of HIIT. Lee et al. (American Journal of Physiology, 2022) showed in a randomized trial that combining infrared + exercise yields superior improvements in aerobic capacity and reductions in systolic blood pressure compared to exercise alone.

A systematic review in BMC Sports Science (2024) confirmed that heat exposure improves running performance, particularly in moderately trained individuals. The advantage of the mobile solution: panels are positioned around the training zone, allowing targeted exposure during effort, more flexible and modular than a closed cabin.
