Our light therapy glasses project enriched blue light (468 nm) directly onto the lower retina, stimulating melanopsin ganglion cells without positional constraint. The patented technology delivers exposure equivalent to 10,000 lux while keeping you mobile.

Light therapy is validated by Terman & Terman (American Journal of Psychiatry, 2005), with remission rates comparable to SSRIs for seasonal affective disorder. Our glasses deliver this efficacy in a portable and unconstrained format.

Chambe et al. (Journal of Sleep Research, 2023) confirm by meta-analysis the improvement of insomnia parameters. The advantage of glasses: 20 minutes are enough during breakfast or commuting, no posture constraint in front of a fixed panel.
