Neurofeedback
training the brain

Neurofeedback uses brain waves in real time to train the brain into optimal states: concentration, calm, creativity, deep sleep.

Train the brain
like a muscle

Neurofeedback is a form of brain biofeedback. EEG sensors measure your brain activity in real time and transform it into a visual or audio signal. Your brain then learns to self-regulate its own waves to reach more performant states.

It is training, not passive therapy. After 10 to 20 sessions, the changes become lasting thanks to neuroplasticity.

Used by elite athletes, CEOs and special forces to optimize performance under pressure.

Targeted waves
  • Alpha (8–12 Hz), calm and focus
  • Theta (4–8 Hz), creativity and intuition
  • Delta (0.5–4 Hz), restorative sleep
  • Gamma (30+ Hz), cognitive processing
  • SMR, motor inhibition and focus
Typical protocol
10–20 sessions
30 min per session, 2× per week
Benefits

What neurofeedback improves

Concentration & focus

Reduce mind-wandering, improve the ability to stay focused on complex and prolonged tasks.

Stress management

Teach the brain to quickly exit states of stress and anxiety to return to active calm.

Sleep quality

Optimize nighttime delta waves for deeper sleep and maximum physical and cerebral recovery.
